Two people have been charged in connection with a recent kidnapping in eastern Lincoln County.

The sheriff’s office says Tagema Lecoly Finandis, 23, of Stanley, drove Jacob Alan Houser away from a Stanley address when he knew Houser had taken Kaitlin Victoria Greene from the home and held her captive in the back seat of the vehicle.

Finandis was charged with accessory after the fact of a felony. He turned himself in on Oct. 21 at the Lincoln County magistrate’s office and was given a $5,000 unsecured bond.

Teri Lynn Houser, 19, of Stanley was charged with one felony count of common law obstruction of justice for telling a sheriff’s officer that Jacob Houser, who had multiple outstanding felony warrants for kidnapping, was not at the home when in fact he was hiding there. Houser was released on a $3,000 secured bond.

Jacob Houser was arrested Oct. 20 after deputies and K-9 units found him hiding in the attic of the Stanley residence. Houser was taken before a Lincoln County magistrate on a number of charges and jailed under a $759, 945 secured bond.
