Charlotte firefighters rescue three from burning home
Charlotte firefighters rescued three family members from a burning home Saturday afternoon in the 6000 block of Waterloo Drive, off West Sugar Creek Road in north Charlotte, Fire Captain Jackie Gilmore said.
The fire started about 5 p.m., and 23 firefighters controlled the blaze in 12 minutes, Gilmore said. No injuries were reported. The cause wasn’t known Saturday.
