Two teens, three juveniles charged with breaking into vehicles
Charlotte-Mecklenburg police have charged two teens and three juveniles for breaking into three vehicles.
Charged were Christopher Hallman, 16, and Andrew Dallas Flowers-Williams, 19. The three juveniles were not identified.
A witness saw several juveniles looking into vehicles on Euclid Avenue on the night of Nov. 11, police said. A 14-year-old confessed to breaking into a vehicle and was charged.
On the night of Nov. 15, a witness saw three suspects smash a vehicle’s window. Police arrested Hallman and two juvenile brothers, 13 and 15.
The following night, Nov. 16, another witness saw a vehicle on North Pine Street being broken into. Police arrested Flowers-Williams and charged him.
