Josh Ritter Charlotte concert postponed due to illness

Friday’s Josh Ritter concert at McGlohon Theater at Spirit Square in uptown Charlotte has been postponed due to illness, the singer’s management company said Thursday. The concert has been rescheduled to 8 p.m. Feb. 10 at McGlohon.

“Due to illness and per doctor’s orders, Josh needs to reschedule his Charlotte show this weekend,” Ritter’s management company said in s statement, without specifying the nature of the singer-songwriter’s illness. “We’re happy to say we have a firm reschedule date of Feb 10. We hope all ticket holders can make the new date. Thanks for your understanding.”

Tickets will automatically be reissued for the new date. Details: 704-372-1000.
