Untreated Wastewater discharged near Edgehill Road

An estimated 1,800 gallons of untreated wastewater was discharged Friday into Little Sugar Creek near 901 Edgehill Rd. in the Myers Park neighborhood, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Utilities officials said Saturday.

The water resources division was notified of the discharge and was reviewing the matter Saturday morning, spokesman Cam Coley said.
