This Memorial Day is one Tiger Woods would like to forget.

The world’s onetime greatest golfer has become its latest celebrity mugshot when Woods was booked Monday morning on DUI charges in Palm Beach County, Fla..

According to numerous media outlets, Woods was arrested at 3 a.m., booked at 7 a.m. and released shortly before 11 a.m. His arrest mug shot shows a bleary-eyed and unshaven Woods with unkempt hair.

Woods, 41, who lives in a palatial coastal home in Jupiter Island, Fla., has not played competitively since withdrawing in February from a tournament in Dubai. In April, he had his fourth surgery on his back in three years. He has played only three times in the last two year.

He has won 14 major titles but is considered unlikely to be in the field when the PGA Championship comes to Charlotte in August.

Wood was a frequent participant in the PGA stop at Quail Hollow Club. In 2007, he was famously paired with close friend Michael Jordan in the tournament’s pro-am.

Last week, he told USA Today that his goal after his April back-fusion surgery is to revive his career.

“I want to say unequivocally, I want to play professional golf again,” Woods said. “Presently, I’m not looking ahead. I can’t twist for another two-and-a-half to three months. Right now, my sole focus is rehab and doing what the doctors tell me. I am concentrating on short-term goals.”
