Missing Concord woman, 94, found unharmed
Fourteen hours after a woman who may have dementia was reported missing, Concord police say Marjorie Cannon White was located unharmed.
White, 94, who has dementia or another, unspecified cognitive impairment, was reported missing around 3 a.m. Wednesday, and the N.C. Center for Missing Persons issued a Silver Alert for White shortly thereafter. Police said she had been missing from Poole Road in Concord.
They believe she drove off in a blue Toyota Camry with unknown temporary plates taped to the rear window.
Police said that White, who is 5-foot-4 and 115 pounds, also uses a wheelchair.
Police did not release details on how White was located.
