4 injured in Mount Holly wreck
Four people were injured in a wreck in Mount Holly on Friday, including three who were trapped in a car and had to be rescued.
The crash happened about 4 p.m. in the 1100 block of West Charlotte Avenue when a sedan slowed for traffic and was rear-ended by a black pickup truck, the State Highway Patrol said.
The injured were taken to local hospitals with injuries that were not life-threatening.
Troopers said the driver of the truck, whose name has not been released, was cited for failure to reduce speed.
