Two people were arrested Friday after investigators said they were found in possession of multiple guns and drugs, according to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department.

Officials said they executed a drug-related search warrant in the 1800 block of Griers Grove Road, off Beatties Ford Road northwest of uptown. They found three handguns, three rifles, marijuana and ecstasy pills. Officers arrested 25-year-old Treymayne Thompson and Candice Robinson, 28.

The two were both charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to sell or deliver, as well as possession of a schedule I substance.

Thompson also faces an additional charge of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
