Family Feud, the long-running game show, is coming to Charlotte in November in search of families to compete on the show.
Charlotte’s auditions will be on Nov. 18 and 19, though the location of the tryouts weren’t available Friday. The show is also holding auditions in New York and Cleveland this month.
Eligible families must have five members, related either by blood, marriage or adoption, according to the show’s website.
At tryouts, families will play a shortened mock version of the game, and compete against another family, the website states. In addition to being able to play the game well, the key to being chosen for the show is to stand out.
“The important thing is to show us how energetic and enthusiastic you are,” the website’s audition page said. “Do your best to show us why your family would be great on the Feud!”
Interested families can apply for the local tryout online at www.familyfeud.com/audition/. Families who can’t make it to a local audition are encouraged to apply with a video, the website states.
