Charlotte Area Transit System will temporarily interrupt service Saturday and Sunday because of construction work near the Lynx Blue Line.
Train service will operate as scheduled between the Interstate 485 and Scaleybark stations.
Customers uptown can access the Lynx Connector at Bay V on the Brevard Street side of the Charlotte Transportation Center.
Other stations uptown, including Seventh Street Station, will not be served by the Lynx Connector.
Digital Access for only $0.99

Service to stations beyond Scaleybark, from New Bern to the CTC/Arena stations, will be accessible via CATS bus service.
Each affected station will have signs directing riders to the nearest bus stop. Look for the bus stop that says “LYNX Connector.” When the bus approaches, the headway sign will say “LYNX Connector.”
Regular local fare will be required and serves as a transfer. Tickets can be purchased at the open Lynx stations from ticket vending machines.
Customers paying for their ride on the bus will need cash and exact change. The bus driver cannot make change, and the fare boxes do not accept credit cards.
The Lynx Blue Line is expected to return to its regular schedule Monday morning.
