Bicyclist killed in Lancaster, S.C., collision with truck

A bicyclist died Thursday morning after colliding with a truck in Lancaster, Lancaster County Coroner Mike Morris said.

The name of the victim has not been released pending family notification.

Lancaster Police Department officers, with assistance from Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office deputies, are working the scene off the S.C. 9 Bypass near University of South Carolina-Lancaster, officials said.
