Part of N. Tryon re-opened after natural gas line cut

Part of N. Tryon Street was re-opened Friday morning; it had been closed after construction crews cut a natural gas line, Charlotte-Mecklenburg police said.

The road was closed in both directions between Arrowhead and Tom Hunter roads for about 45 minutes, CMPD spokesman Keith Trietley said.
