Charlotte will enjoy another week of mostly comfortable temperatures as January turns to February, but you can expect to get wet.

Rain and fog Sunday will continue overnight with a chance of rain Monday, when the temperature is expected to reach 51. The low overnight will be around freezing, according to the National Weather Service. The North Carolina mountains may see some snow.

The sun will come out Tuesday, and it’ll be colder – the high is 44 and the low overnight will be 23. The forecast Wednesday is similar, though a bit warmer.

Thursday will be the warmest day of the week, with a high of 57, but the National Weather Service expects rain to return that night and continue into Friday, when the high is 54.

At this point, the weekend is supposed to be dry and cool, with highs near the upper 40s.
