UTI acquires Mooresville-based Roush Yates School of Technology
Arizona-based Universal Technical Institute has acquired Mooresville-based Roush Yates School of Technology and will partner with Roush Yates on a new Computer Numerical Control machining program, UTI officials announced this week.
The program will be offered beginning in 2016 in Mooresville, pending accreditation and state approval.
UTI plans to add the program to some of its other campuses across the country once the course starts in Mooresville.
Roush Yates also plans to enhance the Power and Performance training courses now offered at UTI-owned NASCAR Technical Institute in Mooresville, UTI officials announced.
