Partly sunny, warm again in Charlotte

The Charlotte region will remain a few degrees above normal again Thursday under partly sunny skies, while wind gusts as high as 22 mph are expected.

Thursday’s high could hit 81, preserving this week’s string of highs above 80, according to the National Weather Service in Greenville-Spartanburg, S.C. The normal high is 77.

Friday will be likewise warm, with a forecast high of 82. Friday has a slight chance of showers.

Saturday and Sunday will remain consistent with this week’s weather. Highs of 82 are predicted both days and no rain.

It will get even warmer early next week, with predicted highs of 86 Monday and 87 Tuesday, before dipping back down to a high of 80 Wednesday.
