Salisbury teen dead in Monday shooting

Salisbury Police are investing the shooting death of an 18-year-old man found Monday morning on the floor of an apartment south of Livingtone College.

Police say they were called to the the apartment at 1006 Lincolnton Road at 6: 47 a.m. and found Steven Omari Rosario dead of a gunshot wound.

Several residents of the apartment community reported they had heard gun shots between 5 a.m. and 5:15 a.m., officials said. Rosario had been living at the residence for two weeks, officials said.
