Charlotte traffic: Water main break on North Graham
Crews were repairing a water main break that had part of North Graham Street in Charlotte closed Wednesday morning. The outbound lane is open.
The repairs at Plymouth Avenue are expected to be completed by 7:30 a.m., according to WBTV, the Observer’s media partner.
No other major traffic incidents have been reported on Charlotte roads at 6:30 a.m.
