Missing girl in Charlotte found hours later unharmed, CMPD says
A 13-year-girl reported missing in Charlotte overnight Thursday was found unharmed and will be reunited with her family, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police says.
Yarelli Vasquez had been reported missing around midnight Thursday. She was last seen on a gray bicycle, her family told police. The search began on Canterwood Drive, which is off of North Tryon Street in Charlotte.
Both CMPD and Charlotte Fire Department participated in the search for Vasquez.
