Another hot and humid day for the Charlotte area
Another hot and humid day is set for the Charlotte area on Tuesday.
While the high is expected to fall several degrees below Monday and Tuesday’s record 100 degrees, the combination of heat and humidity will make it feel like the century mark Wednesday afternoon, according to the National Weather Service in Greenville-Spartanburg.
The highs both Wednesday and Thursday are expected to reach 97, and 96 on Friday.
Storms will then move into the region, dropping the expected highs to a more seasonable 87 Saturday, 82 Sunday and 84 Monday.
