The Charlotte Observer’s “Coffee with a Reporter,” series is bringing the conversation to east Charlotte at VisArt Video.
The shop at 3104 Eastway Dr. is part retail, part nostalgia, part movie house — that serves coffee too! Since it’s the start of the school year, we are featuring Education Reporter Rebecca Noel.
