1 dead after wreck on NC 150 in Lincoln County
A wreck on N.C. 150 near N.C. 27 in Lincoln County Thursday morning blocked the road and slowed travel through the area.
One man died in the wreck, according to WBTV, the Observer’s news partner. The man’s vehicle reportedly struck a double-wide home that was being moved. The wreck was reported shortly after 9:30 a.m.
Congestion in the area was heavy, with travel along on northbound U.S. 321 slowed to about 40 mph between N.C. 27 and U.S. 321 Business.
According to WBTV, the man killed in the accident was Lawrence Anthony Borsey, 58. Witnesses told WBTV, the Observer’s media partner, that Borsey was weaving before the collision.
