Two people suffered non-life-threatening injuries after a crash on Interstate 85 in Charlotte on Saturday that involved a jackknifed 18-wheeler, Medic reported.

The big rig is in the southbound lanes near the Mallard Creek Church Road exit, Medic confirmed on social media.

“Everyone out,” Medic said after media reports of possible pin-ins.

State highway officials and police have released no information about the crash, which happened just after 10 a.m. and has caused long backups.

Around 10:50 a.m., the truck was removed from the lanes, WCNC reported.
