Charlotte traffic: Hit-and-run wreck on W.T. Harris
Charlotte-Mecklenburg police are investigating a hit-and-run wreck at East W.T. Harris Boulevard and Albemarle Road Thursday morning.
The wreck happened shortly after 7:30 a.m. No injuries were reported.
Other wrecks have been reported on Eastfield Road at Bryton Corporate Center Drive and in the 16400 block of Huntersville-Concord Road.
All lanes of Independence Boulevard were reopened shortly before 6 a.m., after a three-vehicle wreck with injuries blocked the road near Hawthorne Lane.
The wreck happened shortly after 5 a.m. and downed a power pole onto the road.
