Duke Energy makes Dow Jones list for 10th time

For the tenth straight year, Duke Energy is on the Dow Jones Sustainability North America Index.

The index, complied by S&P Dow Jones and RobecoSAM tracks the financial performance of corporations, and also reviews companies on industry-specific topics like environmental policy, corporate governance, and human capital development.

“This honor beloves to our 28,000 employees who server our customers and communities, and help make Duke Energy a more sustainable company,” said Jennifer Weber of Duke Energy.

Seventeen companies in the electric utility sector were evaluated and four were chosen, according to Duke.
