Sunshine, normal temperatures back in Charlotte region
Sunshine and near-normal temperatures are forecast to return to the Charlotte region Tuesday and should make for a pleasant rest of the week.
Tuesday’s high should reach 72, still a few degrees below normal, before climbing to an above-normal 79 Wednesday and 78 Thursday and Friday, according to the National Weather Service in Greer, S.C.
The normal temperature for this week of the year is 75.
Wednesday and Thursday should remain mostly sunny, before clouds move in Thursday night and stick around through Saturday. No rain is forecast, however, and Columbus Day is set to be sunny with a high of 75.
