No students were hurt Tuesday in a wreck involving a bus headed to Berryhill School.
The wreck happened at 7:40 a.m. on Walkers Ferry Road, the street that leads to the west Charlotte school.
Fourteen students were on the bus at the time of the wreck, said Vicki Grooms, a spokeswoman for Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools.
Police told WBTV, the Observer’s news partner, that the driver of the car that hit the bus is not facing charges. Officials told the station that the driver’s foot slipped off the brake, causing their silver car to tap the back of the bus.
