Charlotte traffic: 1 flown to hospital from Huntersville wreck
A motorist was flown to Carolinas Medical Center with life-threatening injuries from a wreck at Gilead Road and McCoy Road in Huntersville on Wednesday morning.
Paramedics treated two others at the scene for minor injuries, according to Medic.
The wreck happened at about 9:30 a.m. Further details were unavailable.
The Huntersville Fire Department released video on Twitter of the helicopter taking the patient from the scene.
