North Tryon slow near I-485

A traffic control signal is out of order on North Tryon Street at the ramp to Interstate 485. Expect delays in that area.

Also:

▪ The right shoulder on I-85 south is closed as crews set up for maintenance work on a guard rail near Exit 43 (I-485). Work is expected to continue in the area until 4 p.m.

▪ A wreck at LaSalle Street and I-77 south was reported at 8:03 a.m. Expect slow travel on the approach to the interstate.

▪ A disabled vehicle is blocking the road at Couloak Drive and Mount Holly-Huntersville Road. The incident was reported at 8:06 a.m.

▪ The two left lanes of eastbound U.S. 74 are closed at Concord Avenue in Monroe for repair work on a bridge. Only the right lane will be open through about 3 p.m., according to North Carolina Department of Transportation.
