Sarah Palin in Concord Thursday for book signing
Former vice presidential contender Sarah Palin will be in Concord Thursday to sign copies of her new book, “Sweet Freedom: A Devotional.”
Palin is scheduled to appear from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Books-A-Million at Concord Mills. The bookstore distributed wristbands Saturday for people to attend the event.
‘Sweet Freedom’ is the fourth book by the former Alaska governor, who was former Republican presidential candidate John McCain’s running mate in 2008. The book “takes on personal, social and political issues,” according to the book’s publisher.
