Charlotte traffic: 1 dead in Iredell County wreck

One person is dead in a two-vehicle wreck on Amity Hill Road in Iredell County Tuesday morning, according to WBTV, the Observer’s media partner.

One other person was taken to the hospital with injuries from the wreck, the station reported.

Amity Hill Road is at Interstate 77 Exit 45 between Troutman and Statesville.
