The Dab is everywhere in Charlotte these days thanks to Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton.
Only days after Panthers owner Jerry Richardson joined the craze, Charlotte Mayor Jennifer Roberts and city council celebrated the start of their new terms by dabbing on ‘em folks.
