Mild temperatures continue for Charlotte area

The Charlotte area can expect four more days of glorious weather, with mostly sunny skies and unseasonably mild temperatures.

Calm winds and a high of 66 are forecast for Thursday, followed by highs of 69 Friday, 72 Saturday and 71 Sunday, according to the National Weather Service in Greer, S.C.

The normal high for Dec. 10 is 54.

Showers could move into the region from the west on Sunday night. The chance of rain is 40 percent Sunday night and 60 percent Monday.

Tuesday should be sunny again.

Highs are forecast to dip to 65 Monday, 63 Tuesday and 62 Wednesday, still well above normal.
