Body of 60-year-old man found in Lake Norman

Cornelius police said they found the body of a 60-year-old man in Lake Norman on Thursday morning and no signs of foul play.

The cause of death remains under investigation, police said.

Police found the body after responding to a call in the 20000 block of Henderson Road, near Holiday Marina, at about 8:20 a.m.

Police have identified the victim but are withholding his name until his family is notified.
