Pedestrian hit by vehicle in east Charlotte

A pedestrian suffered potentially life-threatening injuries after being hit by a vehicle in east Charlotte on Saturday night, according to Medic.

The pedestrian was hit at East W.T. Harris Boulevard and Albemarle Road at about 7 p.m.

Medic took the pedestrian to Carolinas Medical Center.
