Scaleybark Library to close temporarily for roof maintenance

The Scaleybark Library branch in south Charlotte will be temporarily closed early next week for roof repairs.

The branch, located at 101 Scaleybark Road, was already scheduled to be closed Monday for the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday.

But Charlotte Mecklenburg Library officials said the facility will remain closed on Tuesday and Wednesday to take care of needed roof maintenance.

Events and classes scheduled for those days will be canceled and, where possible, rescheduled.
