Charlotte traffic: Police at numerous wrecks
Charlotte-Mecklenburg police are at numerous wrecks at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, including hit-and-runs on South Tryon Street at Tyvola Centre Drive and on Clanton Road at Sargeant Drive.
Police also are at wrecks on North Sharon Amity Road at Whitby Lane, on North Tryon Street at the Interstate 485 ramp in University City, on West Mallard Creek Church Road at Senator Royall Drive in University City, on I-77 southbound at Sunset Road and on Monroe Road at Burtonwood Circle.
