28,000 attending LEGO KidsFest shows at Charlotte Convention Center

About 28,000 children and adults are attending this weekend’s five sold-out shows at the Charlotte Convention Center.

Children are creating Star Wars and Walt Disney Princess figures and building and programming robots and snakes. They’re crafting custom cars to race down ramps and posing for photographs with Lego dinosaurs, a giant Lego Princess slipper and a life-size Star Wars bounty hunter Boba Fett.
