Charlotte unseasonably cool again Thursday and Friday
Charlotte is expected to be unseasonably cool again Thursday and Friday, with respective highs of 66 and 63.
The normal high for April 14 is 71 degrees.
Thursday should be mostly sunny and Friday partly sunny, according to the National Weather Service in Greer, S.C.
No rain is forecast through at least the middle of next week.
Temperatures should gradually rise this weekend, as a strong, warming high pressure system builds across the region Saturday. Highs are forecast at 67 Saturday and 71 Sunday. Monday could hit 79.
A weak cold front is then expected to approach from the north, dropping expected highs to 77 Tuesday and 75 Wednesday.
