Charlotte traffic: Problems continue Thursday morning

Numerous problems have been reported Thursday morning on roads in the Charlotte area.

An accident on Interstate 485 outer loop near Moores Chapel Road continues to back up traffic in the area.

At 9 a.m., here were the other trouble spots:

▪ Accident on W. W.T. Harris Boulevard at Research Drive.

▪ Road blockage on Freedom Drive at Morehead Street.

▪ Accident on I-77 N. at Arrowood Road.

▪ Accident on N. Graham Street at Oneida Road.

▪ Accident on N. Sharon Amity Road at Central Avenue.

▪ Accident on I-77 N. at I-485 inner.

▪ Accident on Wilkinson Boulevard and Ashley Road.

▪ Hit-and-run on E. 10th Street near E. 11th Street.

▪ Accident on Monroe Road at Chasewood Drive.

▪ Accident on I-85 South at Beatties Ford Road.

▪ Accident on Carowinds Boulevard at I-77.

▪ Accident on N.C. 49 between Old Charlotte Road and Patricia Avenue.

▪ Stalled vehicle on Matheson Avenue at Pinkney Avenue.

▪ Accident on Billy Graham Parkway at Westmont Drive.
