Nine treated for minor injuries when two CMS buses collide after school
Two Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools buses from Bailey Middle School in Cornelius collided Tuesday after school in the Caldwell Station neighborhood off Old Statesville Road, Cornelius police said.
The collision was minor, ending with one person taken for treatment with minor injuries, according to a Medic tweet. Eight others were treated on the scene for minor scrapes, Medic said.
Back-up buses were called in to carry students home, Cornelius police said.
