4 injured in John Belk Freeway wreck

Four people were injured Saturday afternoon in a wreck on the John Belk Freeway at the Kenilworth Avenue exit.

Medic reported taking the four to Carolinas Medical Center, after treating two of them for potentially life-threatening injuries and two for minor injuries.
