Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police hold torch aloft for Special Olympics

Law enforcement officers held their annual torch run for North Carolina Special Olympics Tuesday morning.

The run started at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department headquarters on East Trade Street and ended at the CMPD Training Academy on Shopton Road.
