Mecklenburg County offices, courts: Closed Monday.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg library system: Closed Monday.

Banks: Closed Monday.

Buses, light rail: Sunday schedule for Monday. No Gold Rush or express buses Monday.

Garbage, recycling: Collections, normal schedule. Recycling centers and Foxhole Landfill closed Monday.

Mecklenburg ABC stores: Open Saturday. Closed Monday.

FedEx and UPS: Open Saturday. Closed Sunday and Monday.

U.S. Postal Service: Open Saturday and Sunday. Closed Monday.
