911 call center is experiencing technical issues

911 call centers in Mecklenburg County are experiencing issues transferring callers to appropriate departments at this time.

If a call is dropped, it is recommended to try calling back immediately.

AT&T is currently working to fix these problems, the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department will be announcing when the problem is fixed.
