911 call center experienced technical issues on Monday

911 call centers in Mecklenburg County were experiencing issues transferring callers to appropriate departments on Monday.

The issue was resolved by AT&T a little after 3 p.m. Monday afternoon.

Callers were told dropped to call back immediately if their calls were dropped.

AT&T had been working since the mid-morning to resolve the issue.
