Woman struck by vehicle in Harrisburg, airlifted to hospital
A woman was seriously injured after being struck by a vehicle in Harrisburg Thursday evening.
It happened around 6 p.m. on Highway 49 at School Circle, the Harrisburg Fire Department says. The woman was airlifted to Carolinas Medical Center-Main in Charlotte.
Cabarrus County EMS and the Cabarrus County Sheriff's Office are handling the investigation.
No names have been released.
