1 dead, 1 critically injured in Huntersville wreck

One person died and another was treated for life-threatening injuries after a two-car wreck in Huntersville on Thursday afternoon, according to Medic.

The wreck happened at about 5 p.m. on McCoy Road near Beatties Ford Road. Medic took the injured person to Carolinas Medical Center.

Police have released no details about the wreck.
