West Trade Street lanes scheduled to reopen on Aug. 19

The two northbound lanes of West Trade Street that have been closed since July 11 at Charlotte’s “5 Points” intersection are scheduled to reopen on Aug. 19, the Charlotte Department of Transportation said Friday.

The intersection also includes West Fifth Street, Beatties Ford Road and Rozzelles Ferry Road.

The lanes were closed to rebuild a manhole.
