Charlotte police investigating deadly shooting in Steele Creek

Police are investigating a homicide that took place Saturday night in the Steele Creek area of southwest Charlotte.

Rechard Delane Mickle, 35, was shot in the 8100 block of South Tryon, according to the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department. Mickle’s family has been notified of his death.
